WHY GOURMINO:	"After 10 years as Cheese Sales Manager for the largest Swiss milk processor, I am now with Gourmino, where cheese with its quality and flavour is in the focus."
LEISURE:	Passionate curling player (tactically and technically demanding team sport). He and his team will take part in the Senior Swiss Championships for the third time in 2021.
FAVORITE CHEESE:	Sbrinz alpage "Affinage in the Mountain" or Emmentaler Eidgenoss, 15 months.
