“Actually, I cannot explain exactly why I became a cheesemaker. At elementary school I wanted to become a farmer, at highschool it suddenly clicked and I knew that I wanted to become a cheesemaker. I’m sure the fact that I grew up in a dairy played a role too.

To produce something natural, honest and healthy that tastes great is simply incomparable. This, combined with the necessary portion of passion motivates day after day.”
