“I grew up in a cheese dairy and I have always been fascinated by the fact that so many products can be made from milk.

My dairy farmers’ and my intention are to ensure the existence of the people living in our remote geographic region. We are convinced that this “remoteness” brings many advantages especially for production of the best matured cheeses, such as healthy meadows, short transport distances, happy cows, just to name a few.

The common goals and dependencies also strengthen the cooperation between my dairy farmers and me. The success is reflected in satisfied customers who recognize the difference in an artisanal natural product and provides us with a sustainable income in the peripheral region of our mountain dairy Fritzenhaus.”
